So far, it is believed that NVIDIA will release at least three graphics cards in its GeForce RTX 40 SUPER Refresh stack. These include the GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and the RTX 4070 SUPER. These names and specifications are not yet finalized, as NVIDIA often evaluates and makes changes to its SKUs to avoid leaks.

Starting with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, rumored specifications suggest that it will feature the AD103-400 GPU with 10,240 cores, 320 TMUs, 112 ROPs, and 64MB of L2 cache. It is expected to have a 256-bit bus interface and 16GB of GDDR6X memory.

Next is the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, which is said to have the AD103-275/AD102-175 GPU SKUs with 8,448 cores and 48MB of L2 cache. The TBP (Total Board Power) of this card is expected to be around 285W.

It’s important to note that these specifications and names are subject to change and should be taken with a grain of salt. NVIDIA often makes adjustments to its products before launch, so the final SKUs may differ from the rumors.

In summary, NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 40 SUPER GPUs are rumored to be unveiled at CES 2024, with at least three graphics cards expected to be released. While the specifications and names are not yet finalized, the rumors suggest significant improvements in core count and performance compared to previous generations.
